Great to see someone bringing something new. Very welcoming, looks great and has a cool sort of vibe. We had lunch on the 5th of August 2023. The menu isn't extensive but is better for it. The idea is small plates done well and swiftly and they manage that with ease. You need 2 or 3 plates dependant on your usual intake. For a sitting for 4 with drinks and poppadum's (you have to have these), the bill came to a little short of £100. I consider it money well spent and will certainly return,.
Came on a Wednesday evening around 6.30pm. A warm welcome and speedy service. Never thought I'd enjoy a deep fried haggis pakora but I fully recommend it!! Great food, will be back
Really fantastic food, friendly service, well priced. Really can't recommend this place enough - had a fantastic meal. I'm vegetarian and my food was amazing, my omnivorous friends also loved their food. Music needs a tweak :)
Wow! What an absolute delight it was to experience the exceptional cuisine that Roti has to offer. A Scottish and Indian fusion, every single mouthful was packed with exquisite flavour and was an absolute joy to eat (it was hard to decide what to order, as it all looked phenomenal)! We ordered the Tarka daal, Panjabi gangat (particularly delicious), Kashmiri pork, Haggis pakora, Roti sausage supper and Achari chicken between 2 of us (and that was plenty). The staff were also wonderful - extremely friendly as soon as we arrived and very attentive and welcoming. There are some 1 star reviews on here by people who were late for a booking and their version of events is not accurate (we witnessed the situation!) and should be ignored. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We can’t wait to go back already!
Scottish-Indian fusion works really well! Food tasted lovely, good menu selection and service attentive. The tapas style menu meant you can choose a few things to share and the cocktails were lovely too. Roti fried mars bar and ice cream was a great dessert! Excellent addition to Urmston
